Ingredients
- 1/2 bag bunny bite bag carrots
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Preparation
Step 1
Cook carrots covered in a small amount of water. Cook till tender, about 20 minutes.
Drain
Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and ginger in a saucepan. Add orange juice and cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles. Boil 1 minutes. Stir in butter.
Pour sauce over hot carrots. Toss to coat
