Ingredients
- 1 c olive oil
- 1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 T hot pepper sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 T tomato paste
- 2 t dried oregano
- 1 t salt
- 1 t black pepper
- 2 lbs. shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, hot sauce, garlic, tomato paste, oregano, salt & pepper. Marinate shrimp for 2 hrs. Thread shrimp onto skewers. Oil grill and cook for 5 mins. per side. Baste frequently with marinade.
