Ingredients
- 2 1/2 T olive oil
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 1 1/2 lemons, juiced
- 3 T brown mustard
- 1/2 c minced fresh basil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3 lbs. shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
Mix oil & butter. Stir in lemon juice, mustard, basil & garlic, season with salt & pepper. Add shrimp & marinate for 1 hour. Thread shrimp onto skewers. Grill and marinate.
