Scallops, Bay, & Shells

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c lowfat cottage cheese
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 T fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 c scallops, steamed
  • 1 c celery, finely choppped
  • 1/4 c green onion, chopped
  • 1 T Italian dressing
  • 6 oz. large pasta shells, cooked

Preparation

Step 1

in a blender, combine cottage cheese with lemon juice and dill until smooth. Pour cheese mixture into bowl; add scallops, celery and onion and mix. In a separate bowl, mix drained pasta with Italian dressing. Spoon salad mixture into shells. Serves 5.
