Ingredients
- 1/4 c lowfat cottage cheese
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T fresh dill, chopped
- 2 c scallops, steamed
- 1 c celery, finely choppped
- 1/4 c green onion, chopped
- 1 T Italian dressing
- 6 oz. large pasta shells, cooked
Preparation
Step 1
in a blender, combine cottage cheese with lemon juice and dill until smooth. Pour cheese mixture into bowl; add scallops, celery and onion and mix. In a separate bowl, mix drained pasta with Italian dressing. Spoon salad mixture into shells. Serves 5.
