Ingredients
- 1 lb small scallops
- 1 stick butter
- garlic to taste
- 1 c bread crumbs
- lemon wedges
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in fry pan. Add crushed garlic; saute. Add crumbs and toss til coated with butter. Put scallops into individual buttered dishes. Top with bread crumb mixture. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake at 375 deg. for 15 mins. Serve with lemon wedge and mashed potatoes whipped with 1/4 c melted cheddar cheese.
