Scallop Dish - Entree

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 1/2 c chopped onions
  • garlic clove
  • 8 oz. tomatoe sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Brown onions and garlic in oil. Add tomatoes or sauce and a little sugar. Add small amounts of salt, pepper, oregano, garlic salt and bay leaf. Add scallops and simmer until done. Serve over noodles.
