Easter Pie

Bake at 400* for 15 minutes
reduce to 325* for 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • Pie Crust - refrigerated
  • Filling
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, diced
  • 1/2 lb pepperoni, diced
  • 1/4 lb salami, diced
  • 1 lb sausage, browned
  • 1/4 lb ham, chopped
  • 1/4 lb proscuitto, chopped
  • 1/2 lb mozz cheese
  • 1 T grated cheese
  • 1 lb ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ricotta, grated cheese, add 2 eggs (one at a time), beating after each, add cooked sausage, proscuitto, ham, mozz, pepperoni, salami and diced egg. Mix well. Pour mixture into pie shell, top with pie crust, cut slits.
