Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- green pesto
- provolone cheese
- handful baby spinach
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons goat cheese, crumbled
Preparation
Step 1
Spread pesto on bread and put ingredients together as a sandwhich. Use olive oil in a frying pan and "grill" like any other grilled cheese.
