Pineapple Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 c sugar
  • 6 T flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 sticks melted butter
  • 2 20 oz. cans crushed pineapple
  • 1 loaf bread (cut into cubes -
  • no crust)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, sugar and eggs. Add pineapple & juice. Melt butter and add to bread. Add sugar & egg mixture to bread and mix. Butter 9x13 pan. Pour mixture into pan. Top with cinnamon sugar and bake at 350 deg. for 30 minutes.
