Cold Peach Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Puree peaches in food processor til smooth. Add all remaining ingredients and blend well. Pass through a fine strainer. Add sugar to taste. Serve chilled.
