Ingredients
- 1 lb can pumpkin or 1 3/4 cups (plain not the filling)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. ginger
- 1/2 t. allspice
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together and pour into 9” deep unbaked pie shell. Bake in 475 degree oven for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 375 and bake another 40 minutes or until filling in center is firm. Test with silver knife – same as for custard.
