Ingredients

  • 1 LB. RAW SHRIMP
  • 1 STICK BUTTER COL CUT INTO SMALL PIECES
  • 1 TSP COARSE SEA SALT
  • 1 TBS. FRESH GARLIC, CHOPPED
  • 1/4-1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 TB PARSLEY
  • 1/3 CUP LEMON JUICE

Preparation

Step 1

PRE HEAT OVEN TO 375 F PLACE THE SHRIMP IN A SINGLE LAYER ON A LARGE RIMMED BAKING SHEET. DIVIDE THE BUTTER IN PIECES EVENLY AMONG THE SHRIMP. IN A SMALL BOWL, COMBINE THE SALT, GARLIC AND PARSLEY AND MIX WELL. SPRINKLE EVENLY OVER THE SHRIMP. SQUEEZE THE LEMON JUICE OVER THE SHRIMP AND BAKE AT 375 UNTIL THE SHRIMP ARE PINK AND EVERYTHING IS BUBBLING ABOUT 7-10 MINUTES. SERVE WITH MASCARPONE PASTA
