Mushroom Caps Filled With Roquefort

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces roquefort cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 12 medium perfectly-shaped fresh white mushroom caps
  • 1/4 cup ripe or green olives minced

Preparation

Step 1

Cream roquefort, butter and dry mustard until smooth; set aside. Fill mushrooms with roquefort mixture and sprinkle with minced olives. Serve as cocktail hors d'oeuvre.
