Ingredients
- 2 cans shoe peg corn
- 1 onion
- 1 8oz. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. Colby/Monterrey jack cheese
- 1 lb. craw fish tails
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in a little margarine, then add cream cheese. After it is melted, add corn & craw fish tails & cook a few minutes.
Put everything in a long casserole pan, add cheese to the top & cook until cheese is hot & bubbly.
