Ingredients
- Dry rub
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 TBSP garlic powder
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 plus 1 TBSP packed brown sugar\
- salt and pepper
- 8 lbs baby back ribs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 TBSP molasses
- 2 TBSP Worcestershire
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 275
Combine all ingredients for dry rub and apply to ribs. Place in foil pans and tightly cover with foil. Roast for 2-2 1/2 hours.
Whisk remaining ingredients. Heat grill to med high and grill ribs, basting with sauce.
