Ingredients
- No Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 12 oz can Evaporated Milk
- 1 C water
- 3 T butter or margarine
- 1 C sour cream
- 1 1/2 boxes Hungry Jack Cheddar & Bacon Potatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Spray a 13 x 9 pan with no stick cooking spray
Combine evaporated milk, water, butter, potatoe slices and sauce mix in a large pot over medium heat, just until it comes to a boil.
Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and chives or greens onions. Pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown
