Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb. pork
  • 3 C. Dr Pepper
  • 1/2 C. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flake
  • 2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 C. barbecue sauce

Step 1

Directions


Add all ingredients except barbecue sauce to slow cooker.

Cook on low for 8 -10 hours, until pork falls apart.

Drain juices, shred pork and add barbecue sauce.

Serve on hamburger buns.
