Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 large garlic cloves pressed
  • 2 large green onions chopped
  • 2 pounds fresh white mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Blanch and cool. Store in the refrigerator.
