Chocolate Coconut Drink

This tropical twist on hot chocolate is perfect for sipping while snuggling up with your favorite person and watching a movie.

Ingredients

• 1 (12-ounce) can PET Evaporated Milk
• 1 (3.15 -ounce) package Mexican chocolate drink mix
• 1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 (13.5-ounce) can coconut milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Ice cubes

Preparation

Step 1

Pour evaporated milk into microwave-safe bowl. Add drink mix package. Microwave on high 1 minute. Stir to break up tablet. Pour into blender.
Add sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk and vanilla. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Serve over ice in glasses.
