Ingredients
- 16 oz. macaroni
- 2 red bell peppers, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c chopped green onions
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 packet dry vegetable soup mix
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta. Drain and rinse with cold water. Stir in peppers, celery, onions and olive oil. Mix in mayonnaise and soup mix. Refrigerate.
