Ingredients
- 8 oz. elbow macaroni
- 3 T flour
- 3 T butter
- 2 c milk
- 1 c grated cheese
- salt & Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni until tender. Melt butter in saucepan, add flour then milk and seasonings. Stir until thickened, add 2/3 of cheese. Stir until melted. Pour over macaroni in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 min. at 350 deg.
