  • 1 medium can sauerkraut -- drained
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup green pepper
  • 1 cup celery

Step 1

Drain saurkraut - do not rinse - combine all ingredients and let stand overnight. (do not mix sugar and oil together)
