- 1 medium can sauerkraut -- drained
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup green pepper
- 1 cup celery

Step 1
Drain saurkraut - do not rinse - combine all ingredients and let stand overnight. (do not mix sugar and oil together)
