Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups butter
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- One egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 cups oats
- 1 cup raisins
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to three and 75°.
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, soda, salt and spices. Add to butter mixture. Stir in oats. Add raisins. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 9 minutes for chewy cookies, 10 to 11 minutes for crisp cookies.
