Pepper Jack Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves, cut into chunks
  • 1 - EACH small green, red & orange pepper, cut into strips
  • 1-10 3/4 oz. can Nacho cheese soup, I diluted
  • 1/2 - cup chunky salsa
  • 1/8 - tsp chili powder
  • 4 1/2 - cups hot cooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients , except rice in a slo- cooker. Cover ,cook on low 5-6 hours or until chicken juices run clear.
Serve with rice
Add 1 can of ro- tel tomatoes ,undrained. If desired.
