Classic Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound dried elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp relish
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups diced ham
  • 1 1/2 cup thawed frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • dried dill

Preparation

Step 1

Cook 1 pound macaroni; drain and rinse. Mix 1/2 cup each sour cream and mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon each yellow mustard, cider vinegar and relish, and 1 teaspoon sugar. Toss with the pasta, 1 1/2 cups each diced ham and thawed frozen peas, and 1/2 chopped red onion. Top with dill.
