Quisisana Veggie Burger

Ingredients

  • 3 cans of beans—garbanzo, black, kidney; Drain all water
  • Assorted Veggies—carrots, zucchini, etc; Saute in olive oil to soften
  • 1/2 C ketchup
  • 1/4 C Dijon Mustard
  • Salt, pepper, cumin, curry powder, onion powder, garlic powder to taste
  • Oats

Preparation

Step 1

Put oats in food processor and grind, add in all other ingredients. (note—Steve hand mashed and they were delicious)
Form into patties
Pan fry

Serve over green salad
