Dark Chocolate Bark with Coconut, Almonds and Sea Salt

Ingredients

  • 7 oz good quality dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 2 T sliced almonds
  • 2 T unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 t sea salt

Preparation

Step 1

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Melt chocolate in microwave or on the stove, being careful not to burn. Once chocolate is fully melted pour onto the prepared pan. Evenly sprinkle almonds, coconut and salt over chocolate. Put in freezer until chocolate sets, about 15 mins. Break into pieces and eat immediately or store at room temp in an airtight container.
