Apple Oatmeal with Brown Sugar

Ingredients

  • Oatmeal
  • Skim milk
  • Apple
  • Cinammon
  • Brown Sugar
  • Almonds or Walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cook 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/3 cup water and 1 small apple, cored and chopped. Serve topped with cinnamon, 2 t. brown sugar and 2 T. chopped almonds or walnuts.
