Ingredients
- 1 T butter
- 1 T flour
- 1/2 c chopped onions
- 1/4 c chopped celery
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t cayenne
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1 lb crab meat
- 3 T parsley
- 3 T onions
- 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 2 t Rustic Rub
- 1/2 lb white cheddar, grated
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 deg. Combine butter and flour in a skillet. Stir for 3-4 mins. Add the onions, celery, salt and cayenne. Cook, 3-4 mins. Add the milk. Stir for 3-4 mins. Add the crab meat, parsley and green onions. Stir and cook for about 1 min. Pour mixture into 9" pie dish. Combine the bread crumbs and rub and sprinkle on mixture. Bake for about 20 mins. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 mins.
