Ciltantro Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 c EVOO
  • 1 cup packed choppped cilantro
  • 1 c packed flat leaf parsley
  • 1/2 c blanched almonds
  • 2 t white wine vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Pour oil into blender. ADd cilantro, parsley, almonds and vinegar. Blend until herbs are fienly choppd and mixture is fairly smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper..
