Ingredients
- 1 c EVOO
- 1 cup packed choppped cilantro
- 1 c packed flat leaf parsley
- 1/2 c blanched almonds
- 2 t white wine vinegar

Pour oil into blender. ADd cilantro, parsley, almonds and vinegar. Blend until herbs are fienly choppd and mixture is fairly smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper..
