Ingredients
- 1 pkg Uncle Ben's Wild Rice
- 2 cans french style green beans drained
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts-drained
- 1-7 oz jar sliced pimentos-drained
- 2 cans cream celery soup
- 4 to 5 c chicken cooked and chopped
- 1 1/2 c. hellman's mayonnaise
- 1 large onion diced
Preparation
Step 1
Cook diced onions while you prepare the wild rice using broth instead of water. Add the onions with rice and seasoning. Mix all ingredients together and put in pyrex dish to bake. Bake at 350 till hot.
