Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup onion diced
  • butter
  • 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese
  • bread crumbs, about 4 T.

Preparation

Step 1

Take stems out of mushrooms and chop. Saute stems with butter and onions.

Mix sautéed stems with cheese and bread crumbs.

Stuff mushrooms.

Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes until hot.
