Step 1
Place a layer of thinly sliced cucmbers on the bottom of the bowl. Add 4-5 slices raw onion. Salt well and keep layering until pan is full. Let sit out all day, stirring every 2 hours. At the end of the day, rinse well and drain in colander. Dressing is equal parts apple cider vinegar and sugar.
