Ingredients
- 1 c cream cheese
- 3/4 c cottage cheese
- 2-3 tsp seafood seasoning blend
- 2-3 T ketchup or chili sauce
- 3 T minced scallions (white part only)
- 1 can crab meat (drained)
- 3 dashes hot sauce (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In processor puree cream cheese, cottage cheese, seafood seasoning, ketchup, and scallions until smooth. Transfer dip to bowlStir in crab and hot sauce and season with salt and pepper. Serve with vegetables.
For creamier dip: Increase cream cheese to 1 1/2 c and cottage cheese to 1 c
