Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Neufchatel cheese
- 1/4 c shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 T cream of coconut
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can crushed pineapple drained
Preparation
Step 1
In blender or food processor combine cheese, coconut, cream of coconut and vanilla. Process until smooth. Add crushed pineapple and pulse 3 times or until blended. Transfer dip to bowl. Serve with sliced fruit and vegetables. Can also be served with Melba toast or graham crackers.
