Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana - peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tsp flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder (double acting)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in blender
Blend until smooth
Pour in small amounts onto greased griddle pan
