Ingredients
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups cooked rice which equates to 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- One 8 oz. jar cheese whiz
Preparation
Step 1
Saute pepper, onion and celery in butter over low heat.
In casserole dish, add cooked rice and broccoli. Add green pepper, onion and celery. Mix soup, milk and cheese whiz and pour over rice mixture and stir.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
