Italian Salad Dressing from the 50's

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove crushed 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar ( or more to taste)
  • ( red or champagne) 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil ( or more to taste)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil Pinch garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black
  • 2 teaspoons sugar pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a cruet. Mix well. Store in the refrigerator.
