Ingredients
- 2 (150z each) cans garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- whole wheat pita bread or raw vegetables
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except pita or vegetables in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth, scraping sides of bowl as necessaary. If a thinner dip is disired, add more water. Serve with pita bread or vegetables.
