Ingredients
- Very easy to make, and a great flavor!
- Prep time: How ever long it takes you to cut up the veggies
- Cook time: 15 min
- Total time: 15 min+
- Olive Oil
- 1 C chopped onion (1 med)
- 2 t. Curry powder
- 1 clove crushed garlic, opt
- 2 t. fresh/1/4 t. dried ginger, opt
- 1 lb cauliflower florets, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 c water
Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan, cook onion in olive oil. Stir in spices, and cook for 1 minute. Add cauliflower and water; cook covered for 10 min, stirring occasionally, or until cauliflower is done. If desired, sprinkle with fresh cilantro, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
