Egg White Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 to 6 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Fat Free Mayo
  • 1/2 Tbsp Mustard
  • Whole Wheat Bread
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Boil 2 to 6 eggs (depending on your portion size) and let cool. Remove shells from eggs, cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place egg whites in a bowl along with 1 tbsp of fat free mayonnaise and mustard. Mash with a fork until evenly distributed. Spread egg mixture between two slices of whole wheat bead. Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
