Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 8 boned chicken breast
  • 2 oz dried beef (1 pkg chipped beef)
  • 8 bacon slices
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup sour cream (1/2 pint)

Preparation

Step 1

Wrap chicken breast in bacon strips. Arrange on a layer of dried beef. Mix soup and sour cream and spoon over breasts. Put foil over chicken, part of cooking time.

Bake at 325 for 2 1/2 hours.
