Tad’s Marinated Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts, halved
  • 2 heads cauliflower, sliced thin
  • 1 cup red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 c chopped celery
  • 2 c carrot curls

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate 2 hours in wishbone dressing; drain thoroughly
Mix & toss with dressing:
4 T chili sauce
2 T lemon juice
2 t dill weed
2 c mayo

Chill 2 hours
