- Cherry Salsa:
- 1 jar Cherry Jam
- 1 1/2 Cups Chopped Dried Cherries
- 3 Tbsp (finely) chopped white onion
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 Chopped Jalapeno (remove seeds if you want it less hot)
- 2 Tbsp (or to taste) Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Pork Loin
