Pork Loin Cherry Salsa

Ingredients

  • Cherry Salsa:
  • 1 jar Cherry Jam
  • 1 1/2 Cups Chopped Dried Cherries
  • 3 Tbsp (finely) chopped white onion
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 Chopped Jalapeno (remove seeds if you want it less hot)
  • 2 Tbsp (or to taste) Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Pork Loin

Preparation

Bake @ 400 for 45 minutes. Baste periodically
