Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 oz. prosciutto - diced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/8 cup orzo - uncooked
- 2 oz. mozzarella cheese - cubed or grated
Preparation
Step 1
Cook orzo according to package directions, drain & set aside. Whisk eggs & milk. Pour mixture into non-stick pan. Add remaining ingredients including the orzo. Stir constantly until fully cooked. Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
