Scrambled Eggs with Prosciutto 0 Picture


  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 oz. prosciutto - diced
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/8 cup orzo - uncooked
  • 2 oz. mozzarella cheese - cubed or grated



Step 1

Cook orzo according to package directions, drain & set aside. Whisk eggs & milk. Pour mixture into non-stick pan. Add remaining ingredients including the orzo. Stir constantly until fully cooked. Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
