Pace Picante Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 3-color rotini pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced celery
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 3/4 cups sliced scallions
  • 1 cup mayo (or to taste)
  • 2/3 cup Pace Picante sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta and drain. Add veggies and toss dlightly. Combine mayo and picante sauce, add to pasta/veggie mixture and mix well. Chill and serve.
