Ingredients
- 1 lb 3-color rotini pasta
- 1 1/2 cups sliced celery
- 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 3/4 cups sliced scallions
- 1 cup mayo (or to taste)
- 2/3 cup Pace Picante sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta and drain. Add veggies and toss dlightly. Combine mayo and picante sauce, add to pasta/veggie mixture and mix well. Chill and serve.
