Lady Finger Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 packs lady Fingers
  • 1 Spring form pan
  • 1/4 lb German Bakers Semi-sweet chocolate
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Chocolate, eggs (beaten), sugar and butter in double boiler, cokking until smooth.

Grease pan and layer with lady fingers, sides and bottom have non-sugared
facing in.
Cover each layer with chocolate, add new layer of fingers, etc.

Put in frig. When cold and firm, fill top with fresh whipped cream.
