Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. fresh chives, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c plus 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 1 lb small zucchini, cut on a bias
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Put all but 1 tbsp chives in a blender and drizzle in walnut oil. Strain the oil.
Toss zucchini with 2 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp salt and a few grinds of pepper.
Grill zucchini and drizzle with remaining oil and garnish with chives.
